Description
This software will add support for the GoldKey Security Token to your local PC. The following features will be installed:
  • Multi-factor authentication for various types of online accounts
  • On-the-fly file encryption secured by GoldKey
  • Master administration (requires a Master Token)
  • Secure access to GoldKeyVault storage
  • Windows account lockdown (Vista or higher)
System Requirements
  • Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • A GoldKey Security Token
  • One free USB port
Installation Instructions
  1. Connect a GoldKey to a USB port and wait for it to install automatically.
  2. Download and run the GoldKey setup file.
  3. Reconnect your GoldKey and personalize it for the first time.
  4. Refer to the GoldKey manual for more information.
Uninstall Instructions
  1. Copy any data out of the Secure Drives you have created.
  2. Go to Control Panel and select “Uninstall a Program \ GoldKey \ Uninstall”

  • OS X Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, or Lion (OS X v10.4, 10.5, 10.6, or 10.7)
  • A GoldKey Security Token
  • One free USB port
Installation instructions
  1. Download and open the GoldKey software .dmg file.
  2. Run the install within the .dmg file (you may be required to log out when the installation is complete).
  3. Connect your GoldKey and personalize it for the first time.
  4. Refer to the GoldKey manual for more information.
GoldKeyVault Installation Instructions
  1. Download and open the GoldKeyVault software .dmg file.
  2. Drag the GoldKeyVault application and drop it into Applications.
Uninstall Instructions
  1. Copy any data out of the Secure Drives you have created and quit the GoldKey application.
  2. Open the Terminal application in Applications, Utilities
  3. Run the following command:
    /Applications/GoldKey.app/Contents/Resources/uninstall-goldkey.sh −−all
GoldKeyVault Uninstall Instructions
  1. Quit the GoldKeyVault application.
  2. Drag the GoldKeyVault icon out of Applications and into the Trash.
