Automatic 256-bit AES Encryption
Files placed within a GoldKey Secure Drive are automatically encrypted as you use them, providing the fastest
and easiest security possible for your critical data.
GoldKey Secure Drives
work with your existing
systems to provide private
storage, add automatic
encryption and prevent
data loss.
Powerful Data Security that is Easy to Use
GoldKey Secure Drives are designed to provide a simple solution for a very complex issue. For any security to be
effective, the user must be able to quickly and easily protect the data. This is the primary reason passwords have
been the most common method to secure folders and files, but using software-based security alone leaves a
company open to brute-force attacks and data theft.
• On-the-fly 256-bit AES encryption of all folders and files within the
Secure Drive.
Prevent Data Loss
GoldKey uses a three-tier Hierarchal Key Management System to prevent accidental lockouts or data loss.
Because Goldkey Tokens are first registered to a Master Token, users and administrators never have to worry
about losing data due to a forgotten password or a lost or stolen token.
• When a Secure Drive is locked, the drive letter disappears making
files inaccessible without the correct GoldKey token and PIN.
• Secure Drives are displayed in Windows Explorer® or Mac Finder®
like any flash drive for quick viewing and access.

be stored on almost any media. Wherever your data is stored - flash drives, local hard disks, CD-ROMs,
network shares, tape backups - Secure Drives provide strong encryption with the addition of secure
multi-factor authentication.
