A: GoldKey's Domain Parking service enables you to earn money from your domain names without the need to develop your own website. GoldKey offers better branding of your names, state-of-the art reporting, higher click thru rates, and a wide range of templates for you to choose from. GoldKey even offers themed templates upon request to match the look and feel of your website. Partners at GoldKey receive all these benefits and much more.
Q: What Is Domain Parking?
A: Domain Parking allows owners of website addresses, called domain names, to display customized pages for their names. When visitors arrive at these sites, they are often shown targeted advertising related to the domain name. When users click through to those advertiser sites, the domain name owner can earn a referral fee.
Q: What Features Do You Offer?
A: GoldKey offers a number of desired features for partners enrolled in our partner program. Some of our features include real time statistics, various landing pages, for sale signs, domain name optimization, dedicated account managers, managed accounting, live support, and much more. We are adding features often to help earn you the most money from your visitors.
Q: What Does This Service Cost?
A: GoldKey's Domain Parking Service is absolutely free for all partners. This includes initial account setup and creation, account maintenance, and even account management. This also includes free landing pages, themed landing pages, and account optimization. We strive to offer only the best features for our partners. We do not charge and will not charge you for these services.
Q: How Many Domains Do I Need?
A: We support an unlimited amount of parked names at GoldKey so this enables you to have as many domains parked as you see fit. We also offer state-of-the-art reporting for each account enabling you to see detailed traffic statistics on each of the domain names you have parked with us.
Q: What Are Your Requirements?
A: GoldKey's requirements are strictly on a case by case basis. Upon sign-up an account manager will review your application and take several things into consideration before approving your account. Some of these considerations may include but not be limited to your source of traffic, and the revenue that will be generated from parking your domain name with our services.
Q: What Do Your Domain Landing Pages Look Like?

Currently we have various versions of templates — Basic, 2-Column, 3-Column, Classic, Custom Photo, Hybrid, Tabs, Results & Related, Results-Simple, Results-Tabs and Search. Users have the option of selecting one layout for their domains, or running a test on the layouts to see which one receives the highest numbers of clicks per domain.

Domain Landing Pages: Classic
The Classic template has a proven track record and uses striking imagery. It typically does well with domains that are well targeted to a category and require more than just a basic design. This template uses a single banner image and simpler layout than the 2-Column and 3-Column templates. Domain owners can suggest up to four keywords that may be used in rotation with our feed providers' suggestions to find out which one optimizes best.

Domain Landing Pages: Basic
The Basic template is a text-only page designed for simplicity with a clean appearance. The page is divided into popular categories on the left and related searches on the right. In the lower right there is a box where visitors can enter their own search terms.

Domain Landing Pages: 2-Column
The 2-Column template features a large image plus three keyword-associated smaller images. The navigation text links can be hand-selected by our domain name owners, and must be approved prior to being published. The images are already provided and their titles are hyperlinked to a sponsored results page. Below and to the left of the main image, there is descriptive text with additional keyword links. This template also has related keywords and popular searches.

Domain Landing Pages: 3-Column
The 3-Column Customize allows domain owners to select their own navigational text links. It also features a large image plus four keyword-associated thumbnail images, which are not customizable, but are selected by a domain owner's choice of theme. The images' keyword titles are hyperlinked to a sponsored results page. Below the main image, there is a relevant theme description, additional related keywords and a box where visitors can enter their own search. The 3-Column's main strengths are its visual appeal and its reinforcement of a domain owners hand-selected keywords.

Domain Landing Pages: Custom Photo
Domain name owners can upload a photo to their template, which will be published after approval by our support team. The recommended size of the photo is 481x245 pixels, in jpg or gif format. Domain owners using this template also can suggest up to 21 keywords for the navigation.

Q: Will my domains go directly to results pages?
A: Yes, at your discretion, you can select whether your domains go to a 2-click lander page or a 1-click results page.
Q: How Much Can I Earn?
A: GoldKey has partnered with the best on the web to ensure you get the highest payouts on your domain name landing pages. The possibilities are limitless! There are many other factors which can increase your earning such as traffic volume, and account optimization, which we do for you!
Q: How Do I Receive Payments?
A: You have several options for payment methods. You may choose to accept a check, wire transfer or PayPal payments from GoldKey and we will pay you in this fashion. We give you these three options to meet your growing needs. Furthermore, you can change these options at anytime if you wish to receive payment differently for each payout. It's best to change the option prior to the end of the month to ensure the proper information is retrieved for the payment, since payments are made by the 15th day of the following month.
Q: What Is Your Payout Cycle?
A: GoldKey payout cycle works on a net 15 basis. We calculate the earnings from your account for the month and you are paid by the 15th of every month for your previous months earnings. We typically run the payment scripts within the first two days of the month, so any changes customers want to make to their account payment information are best done prior to the end of the month.
Q: Do You Offer Real-Time Stats?
A: GoldKey offers real-time statistics for all partners. Upon approval and creation of your account, you are given access to your online account manager which tracks statistics on your domain names, and gives you real-time visitor and clicks reporting. These statistics are then reviewed and updated by our feed providers for revenue payouts, usually overnight, before final payments are calculated. At GoldKey our job is to keep you informed every step of the way! Account managers can also assist with special report requests.
Q: How Often Are Stats Updated?
A: Your account visit and click statistics are updated in real-time, no down times at GoldKey. Revenue statistics are calculated overnight. Our reporting is always up to date and you receive this information every time you login to your GoldKey account! These estimated statistics are then reviewed by our feed providers, usually overnight, before final payments are calculated. If you ever have questions regarding reporting, feel free to contact us so we can discuss them with you!
Q: What Is The Minimum Payout?
A: GoldKey's minimum payout is $50 or more for checks, $10 or more for PayPal and $100 or more for wire transfer. If you do not meet this minimum payout, we will carry your stats over from the previous month until your account balance meets the amount. In some extreme situations, if your account has not met our minimum payout requirements, we will payout your account if you request us to do so.
Q: What is Your Revenue Share?
A: Parking customers should realize that the revenue share quoted by any parking service depends on the contracts with their feed providers. For example, a 95% revenue share quoted to you means little if that partner is only getting 45% of the revenue from the feed provider. In that case, your payout is really only 42% — and the feed provider makes more on your domain names than you do!
As the owners of more than 700,000 domain names of our own, the NameMedia Network has the ability to leverage significant strategic relationships with the best feed providers on the web. We cannot divulge our feed provider revenue shares, but we can assure our GoldKey customers that we actively and aggressively monitor domain name payouts industry wide to ensure our customers are paid at the top of the scale. In addition, our optimization technology tests domains on various lander page layouts to determine which ones yield the best click through rate.
Q: Can You Help Me Sell My Domain Names?
A: All partners are able to list a "For Sale" sign on their landing pages. This is done instantly and dynamically via your online control panel. If you choose to enable this option, your visitors will see the "For Sale" sign on your landing pages and be able to contact you directly regarding the sale of your domain name. This feature can be turned off or on, whichever you choose. You can also ask your account manager to have your domains represented by a professional sales force at our sister company, BuyDomains.com.
Q: Do You Offer Help With Setup?
A: GoldKey offers free setup for all accounts. Once your account is approved, an account manager will contact you with the details you need to setup your account. If for any reason you need help setting up your account, we will be more than willing to walk you through the process and help you get your domain names parked immediately!
Q: Whom Do I Contact For Support?
A: GoldKey can be contacted anytime if you have support related questions. Please feel free to visit our contact page and send us your request. An account manager will answer all emails in the order they are received. You can expect a reply to your email in most cases as early as minutes.
Q: How Do I Register My Account?
A: To register at GoldKey you must submit an enrollment application from our sign-up page. Once your application is received, an account manager will review your application and contact you regarding the status of your account. Once your account has been approved you will be notified via email and you may login and begin configuring your account settings.
Q: How Long Does It Take For Approval?
A: Approval varies on a case by case basis. This depends on the size of your domain portfolio in most cases. Once reviewed, you wil typically get a response within 48 hours from the time you submit your enrollment application. If you do not hear from us and you have questions regarding the status of your account you may contact us anytime.
Q: I Submitted My Application But Haven't Heard Back. Why?
A: GoldKey approves fewer than 1 out of every 10 applicants. With numerous applications received a day, the most common reason applications are not approved is that applicants do not list their domains or describe any traffic or other metrics that help us decide whether to allow the names into our systems. If you do not hear from us and you have questions regarding the status of your account you may contact us anytime.
