Rog Billings
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Billings is the founder and CEO of GoldKey. He is a veteran in strategic operating and financial management, having experienced over 40 years of entrepreneurial success in growing high-tech startups into large and profitable enterprises. In 1973 he founded Billings Energy Research Corporation, which quickly became one of the most respected and successful hydrogen-technology companies in the United States, employing over 250 people. As Chairman of the Board, CEO and President, Mr. Billings was a driving force for rapid growth and eventually took the company public. In 1977 he founded Billings Computer Corporation, a subsidiary of Billings Corp. which manufactured one of the first microcomputers on the market. The subsidiary experienced explosive growth, receiving the 33rd standing in the fastest growing US companies as ranked by Inc. Magazine. In 1979 Mr. Billings founded Cal Disk, Inc. as another subsidiary of Billings Corp., serving as President of the company. Under his leadership, Cal Disk pioneered the double-sided floppy and quickly became the second largest manufacturer of floppy disk drives.

In 1994 Mr. Billings founded WideBand Corporation, a manufacturer of high-performance computer networking products. As President and CEO, he pioneered Gigabit Ethernet and served on the IEEE steering committee for development of the 802.3ab standard.

Mr. Billings presently serves as Chairman of the Board for several technology-driven companies, including WideBand Corporation, Acellus Corporation, Billings Energy Corporation, Earth Touch Inc, fs[ix] Corporation, and LANTel Corporation. He is regarded as a leader across multiple high-tech industry segments and a key founder of the Computer Age and Information Era.
John Billings
Vice President of Research & Development

Mr. Billings is responsible for the development of new technologies that drive product innovation at GoldKey. This includes new product design and development based on customer needs and market demand.

Mr. Billings is one of the primary architects and a co-inventor of GoldKey's HSP technology. His technical acuity has been instrumental in achieving several industry-recognized breakthroughs for encryption key management, granting strong competitive positioning in the market.

Mr. Billings has also served as the VP of Research & Development for WideBand Corporation where he made significant technical contributions as the principle designer of FPGAs and firmware for WideBand's professional networking products. He provided extensive research and development work to prepare and perform US Army and other contracts.
Jon Thomas
Vice President of Sales

Mr. Thomas provides leadership for global sales operations at GoldKey. His responsibilities include management of GoldKey's direct sales force, cultivation and establishment of channel distributor and reseller relationships, and management of GoldKey's retail presence.

Prior to joining GoldKey, Mr. Thomas held several highly successful positions for selling storage and networking products, seasoning him with 10 years of experience. Most recently, he served as the VP of Sales for ComTech Networking where he was responsible for creating a sales program to ignite relationships with high-profile customers nationwide. Mr. Thomas' achievements helped raise the company from the point of start-up to a respected technology supplier, supporting prestigious clients such as Helzberg Diamonds, Visa, University of California, US Army, US Navy, and Penn State University. Within five years the company was recognized as the number one US reseller for multiple technology brands.
Pajét Monet
Director

Ms. Monet is the President and Founder of ComTech Networking a leading technology solution and services provider to Fortune 500 and government organizations which she has run for over 12 years. She also founded FireAngel LLC, an online movement and boutique with a mission to inspire successful women. Ms. Monet has a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive background in Computer Networking and Online Storage.

Working with customers all over the country, Ms. Monet has watched the sharp rise in attacks against customer networks, which have increased at an exponential rate in recent years. She is aware of the great need organizations have to cope with the complex maze of compliance requirements imposed by regulations like HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley, combined with the new regulations regarding identity theft and protection of patient records.
Joseph Billings
Director

Mr. Billings is the President of WideBand Corporation, a manufacturer of low latency network equipment. Mr. Billings draws upon a career of diverse experience, blending aggressive profit-oriented management practice with an operational strategy for corporate sustainability.

With a technical and sales background, Mr. Billings has been an officer at WideBand Corporation for many years with various management responsibilities including channel development, product marketing, and operations. In 2001, he was appointed WideBand Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In that capacity, he was responsible for building up WideBand's reseller network to 350 partners worldwide. He was elected a member of the Board of Directors in 2003, and became the Executive Vice President of WideBand Corporation in 2005. In 2008, Mr. Billings was named President and CEO of WideBand Corporation.

Formerly, he was President of fs[ix] Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of high performance file server products.
